  Our clients provide us with details of their employees and their individual packages, salaries and pay rates and other inputs and we process their payroll based on the same. The systems are designed to handle an unlimited number of pay groups within the same database.  
  We also manage different types of user-defined earnings such as allowances, periodic incentives, one time payments, bonus, overtime, etc. at any number of different rates and automate the rules around an employee's eligibility. Depending on the arrangement, we also accept input from a client's time and attendance system.  
  On the deduction side, in addition to the statutory deductions like Provident Fund, ESI, Professional Tax, etc., we handle an unlimited number of deductions based on user-defined formulae and rules such as those relating to loans, advances, insurance, Saving schemes, etc. We also manage the employee Income Tax Deduction and ensure proper and timely deduction based on the declaration provided by the employees.  
  Based on the existing masters and monthly inputs, we process the payroll and calculate employees' net pay and provide the same to the client for approval. Once approved, we provide files for transfer of salary to employees’ respective bank accounts and also details of amount payable to others not enjoying the transfer facility for payment through cheques/DDs/Cash. Subsequent to release of payment we provide pay slips for distribution amongst employees. We also provide facility for e-payslip, whereby payslips are emailed to employees at their respective e-mail Ids provided. We also provide wide range of statutory and other reports.  
  In addition to managing monthly payroll, we provide facilities for loan and advance management, leave management and reimbursement management.  
       
 
  • Under loan and advance management, we manage different type of the loans and advances granted to the employees and ensure deduction as per pre-defined schedule, enabling the client to manage its employee advances in a better manner.
  • Under leave management, our systems enable clients to manage leave records for their employees. It allows definition of various types of leaves with facility for automatic allotment, carry over and encashment.
  • Under Reimbursement management, we also provide facility to our clients for managing salary based reimbursements, like LTA, Medical, etc.
  • We also help our clients in managing employee database. Apart from general details of employees like DOB, Father’s Name, Mother’s name, Spouse name, etc., we can also help in maintaining HR data in respect of Blood group, nationality, languages, passport details, scanned signatures, scanned photograph, family details, special dates, educational details, training programs attended, accidents, disciplinary actions,  etc.
