CA Riten Singhal is one of the founder partners of the firm. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994. He joined a leading corporate house of Delhi, wherein he gained valuable experience in the field of finance. Subsequently, he was attached with an American multi-national company in the field of software technology, before venturing out independently. He joined the firm in 1998 as partner responsible for Delhi office. He has vast knowledge and experience in the field of Accounting, Internal Audit, Bank Audit, Finance, Taxation and Consultancy Services.

CA. GIRISH KUMAR NARANG

FCA, DISA (ICAI), B. Com (Hons.)

CA Girish Kumar Narang is one of the founder partners of the firm. He had qualified as a chartered accountant in 1996 and gained experience in the field of accounting with a leading corporate house of Delhi, before starting his own practice. He joined the firm in 1998 as partner responsible for Noida office. He has vast knowledge and experience in the fields of Accounting, Payroll Management, Outsourcing, Internal Audit, Bank Audit, Taxation, Finance, Corporate Law, Labour Laws and Consultancy Services. He had also completed 'Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA)', 'Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD)' and Certificate Course on Concurrent Audits' organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is actively involved in various social activities also.

Rajneesh Narang has been associated with the firm for the last 25 years and heads Accounting and Administration Divisions of the firm. He has vast knowledge and experience in the fields of Accounting, Taxation and Business Consultancy Services. He is actively involved in various social activities also.

DEEPALI

Deepali heads HR, Payroll Management and Compliance Division of the firm. She has vast knowledge and experience of Payroll Management, Human resource Management Labour laws and Compliance Management. She has been associated with the firm since 2008.

CA. SAURABH JAIN

CA Saurabh Jain is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is responsible for managing Taxation functions.

CS. GARIMA GARG

CS Garima Garg is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is responsible for managing Corporate law, Secretarial work and other compliances.
